Hey Everyone Today's Book is about a brave Boy and it's a True Story and inspirational one. The book is called “Emmanuel’s Dream: The True Story of Emmanuel Ofosu Yeboah.” It is written by Laurie Ann Thompson and illustrated by Sean Qualls.
The story relates the real-life events of Yeboah, a man born in Ghana in 1977. When he was born, one of his legs was deformed to the point of being useless. Through perseverance, Yeboah achieved — and continues to achieve — more than anyone ever thought possible. He Rode 400 miles across Ghana including Accra to get the citizens attention and spread the message : Never Give Up & We can Achieve anything.
In so doing, he forever changed how his country views people with disabilities and showed us all that one person is enough to change the world
